Description
Leberkase Loaf is also known as Fleischkase. This is a specialty from the South of Germany. There is no liver in this sausage, but it is a sausage baked as a loaf in a bred pan. Leberkase has been a Bavarian favorite for over two hundred years. It is a “Meatloaf” eaten warm as a main course or sliced thin for cold cuts. It is best on a warm crispy bread with a fried egg, with potato salad, or with a thick pretzel.
