Pork Steaks should be 1” Strong Cut of Boston Butt
Rub with “Dalmatian Rub”, Sweet Rub, Dixie Dust or your favorite Pork BBQ rub.
Set smoker or Grill to 275 Degrees. Basting and turning every 20 minutes, cook to an internal temperature of 190 degrees.
Mop:
1/3 Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Apple Juice or Grape Juice
1/3 Canola Oil
Once internal temp of Steak is 190, apply your favorite BBQ Sauce and let sauce glaze for 10 minutes.
Let rest and then serve.
