Payments made on the The Louisiana Craft Butchers website are processed by Square. Square accepts US-issued (and also most internationally-issued) magstripe and chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping: We use United Parcel Service for all shipping. All orders must be shipped within two days to ensure freshness and quality of the product. Orders can be shipped ground when two day delivery is available, but must be shipped air for areas outside of the two-day ground zone. For more information about types of air delivery available, visit the UPS website.
Orders received after 3pm CST on Thursday, any time Friday, or over the weekend are shipped on Monday or Tuesday and will arrive Wednesday or Thursday. Shipments do not require a signature and are designated to be left at the door if no one is home. Please plan for your the arrival of your shipment. We can not be responsible for a shipment that is left unclaimed.
Handling: Fees are charged for packing materials and cold packs that keep our product fresh while in transit. Handling fees are calculated by weight:
- 0-5 pounds = $10
- 6-14 pounds = $15
- 15-25 pounds = $20
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us as soon as possible, but do not return the product. We must receive a phone call at 504-466-9788 or email email@example.com the day of the products arrival. You will need to provide your name, phone number, order number, and the condition of product to receive a refund.
